赵守山老师在爱尔兰

外事办赵守山老师2007年1月－6月在爱尔兰考克大学（University College Cork）做访问学者。期间学习了科克大学开设的EMBA课程。

参加了6月在爱尔兰召开的“21世纪的中国：文化、政治和商业”国际学术研讨会上，做了“中外合作办学的现状及分析”的学术报告。

与著名的中国问题专家、美国哈佛大学费正清研究中心

（Fairbank Center, Harvard University）/社会科学系怀默霆教授（MARTIN KING WHYTE）探讨问题

与来自各国的学生共同表演节目

给学习汉语的各国学生讲授书法

根据个人的书法特长，在由“爱中联系团体/Ireland-China Contact Group”而举办的庆祝中国农历春节的活动中，向被收养的中国女童及其家长（收养人）展示书法；并多次在科克大学举办的面向爱尔兰中学生和小学生的活动中，宣传/展示书法，弘扬民族优秀文化
