My name is Agnes, I come from France and I have been at theHenan University of Finance and Economics since 2003. My first experience of the HUFE was as a student as I was studying Mandarin for 3 years. I guess I liked the university so much that I also became French teacher here in 2005!

My original plan (coming to China) was not really to become a French teacher, but I was convinced by my first Chinese friend who is the other French teacher at HUFE. Today, I am very glad that I took on the job because I do enjoy working at the HUFE. I like the size of the university and feel very comfortable with the students and with my colleagues.

Over the years, I have made many friends here and I have learned a lot both about China and also personally.

I hope that the HUFE will continue to be open to having foreign students and teachers, and that it will bring much more benefit to the university and to its students and teachers.

Thank you HUFE for making my stay in China so memorable!

我的名字是安妮，来自法国。自从2003年开始我就一直在河南财经学院，在财院的最初3年，我是一名学习汉语的学生，但是我太喜欢这个学校了，所以在2005年就在这个学校教起了法语。

我最初来中国的打算并不是要成为财院的一名法语老师，是我的第一位中国朋友------一个在财院教法语的老师，让我下定决心在这里教书。今天我非常高兴能够有现在的工作，因为在这里教书真是一种享受。我喜欢这个学校的规模，并且和我的同事和学生过得很愉快。几年来，我在这里交了许多朋友并且对中国和我自己都有了更深的了解。

我希望财院能够更加的开放，接受更多的留学生和外教，这必将会给这个学校以及学生和老师带来更大的益处。
