Henan University of Economics and Law (HUFL) is a provincial full-time public university, a featured university supported by Henan Province authority, and a key project-setting and construction unit for granting Doctor's degree in Henan Province. Founded in 1948 ,the university has three campuses, covering an area of 1.4 square kilometers and a total construction area of more than 1.1 million square meters. There are more than 2,000 faculty and nearly 30,000 full-time students. The university has three key disciplines such as Economics, Management and Law, and also includes Literature,Science,Engineering, Art, Philosophy and other disciplines.

At present, there are 65 undergraduate programs and 15 master's degree authorization programs. Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, International Economy and Trade are national-level specialties.

The university has various teaching laboratories and a library with nearly 10 million books,and also possesses a modern gymnasium, a large supermarket, a halal restaurant, a western restaurant and a great many comfortable dormitories for international students, which is an ideal place for international students with various cultural backgrounds to study and do scholarly research.
